RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Dear Valued Customer,
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
We welcome you to inspect your product upon delivery. If you decide not to keep it, please note our policy below:
Returns: Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery while the courier is present. In this case, you will only pay the shipping fees. (Once the courier leaves, the return window is permanently closed).
Exchanges: Exchanges are strictly limited to the following cases:
1. Size changes.
2. Defective or damaged items.
Important Note: Exchange requests must be submitted on the same day of delivery.

عميلنا العزيز،
رضاكم هو أولويتنا دائمًا. يسعدنا إتاحة الفرصة لكم لمعاينة المنتج فور استلامه، وفي حال رغبتكم في عدم الاحتفاظ به، يُرجى اتباع الشروط التالية:
الاسترجاع: يُقبل الاسترجاع فقط أثناء تواجد المندوب في وقت التسليم، مع تحمل العميل تكلفة مصاريف الشحن
فقط. (بمبجرد مغادرة المندوب، نعتذر عن عدم قبول أي طلبات استرجاع).
الاستبدال: يُتاح الاستبدال في الحالات
التالية فقط:
1. رغبة في تغيير المقاس.
2. وجود عيب صناعة أو تلف في المنتج.
شرط الاستبدال: يجب تقديم طلب الاستبدال في نفس يوم استلام الطلب
